Drying the Coconuts
Our next step involves drying the copras or the meat of the coconut under the sun. This traditional process eliminates moisture, enhancing the oil extraction efficiency. Extraction Process
Preserving tradition, we use a slow-running mechanical wood pestle for extraction. At a speed of 15 rotations per minute, this method ensures the retention of all nutrients in the virgin coconut oil.
